In Order to reduce our footprint (and therefore our impact) in the environment, by not carrying unnecessary inventory, each Made To Order item (as the name might suggest) is made when you place the order. As such, we are unable to accommodate returns at this time.

However, if on a rare instance that something is wrong with the order and or item you have ordered, please feel free to reach out directly through our contact page, and I promise to make it right either by replacing the order, or issuing a full refund.

Almost all Orders are made within 1-3 business days. Once the order is made, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be added to the order. The site will automatically email you the tracking information for your reference
